With 15+ years of experience in residential, hospitality and retail design and 6+ years of education spanning all stages of the design and build process, I take pride in my ability to lean on this accumulated knowledge to drive projects from concept to completion. Proven to flourish in creative environments both as an individual and while leading a team, I am known best for my balanced, personable approach.

I find joy in the details. This extends into all aspects of my work where I can be counted on for thoughtful design solutions and strong relationships with both clients and consultants. I leverage creativity, technical expertise and a curiosity for innovation to shape design strategies that drive impact, inspire collaborators and address complex challenges.

Having graduated with First-Class Honors from the Interior Architecture program at Oxford Brookes University in 2008, I also hold a certification in Building Construction from British Columbia Institute of Technology, which I passed with Distinction in 2016. Following my years as a Junior Designer, I developed my skills as a Technologist working with multiple Architecture firms in both the UK and Canada. I later stepped into the world of Interior Design, accepting a Senior Designer & Project Manager position with BOX Interior Design, a boutique design firm specializing in hospitality interiors. From 2019-2024 I held the title of Design Manager within the Real Estate Development team for one of Canada’s leading fashion retail brands, Aritzia, contributing to their growth and success across North America.

Samantha Dalrymple Design was founded in 2019 as a passion project and quickly developed roots. Today, as the business continues to grow, I am dedicated to creating beautiful spaces that are tailored to my client’s individual needs.
